Great store with a wide variety of clothes at affordable prices. The layout is clean and organized, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Perfect for a quick fashion fix or budget shopping. Always something new in stock!

This shop is awful for mens cloaths! There is a small area at the top of the store, the rest of the shop is for wemon and kids.
The quality of the cloaths is not great, plain and boring with no good fitted cloaths.
You're better off going to next. Yes, it's more expensive but better quality.
Men have a lack of cloath stores in towns, so we are reduced to places like primark.
Also, I see a lot of people stealing from the store. It's like they don't care about their stock.

Slippers stitching came undone told it was wear and tear what rubbish customer service non existent would not recomend buying slippers at all

Plenty of stock, very spaced out, 2 floors of clothing. Checkout needs more staff

Was followed constantly by a member of staff *which was blatantly obvious* when I was looking for clothes for my toddler in the childrens section.
Everywhere I turned he was there pretending to work but followed me for a good 20 minutes. Super uncomfortable.
The lifts also hardly ever work properly and randomly stop at different levels and it takes 15 minutes to actually get onto the right floor.
Most Staff are unfriendly and not helpful.

My step daughter has just been stereo typed by the security guard in The Poole Branch at Dolphin Shopping Centre. She is 16 and went outside the centre I was on the top floor of primarks. She has a very nice coat from mountain warehouse which I might add Primark sells nothing like. The security guard approached her, said give me that coat, did not ask to see a receipt. She said it was her coat and he said have you stolen it? He then walked off, then came back again and asked to see the label which she showed him. Then he came back a third time and said he wasn't trying to say she was stealing. Which is exactly what he was doing or he wanted her coat. No apology, no explanation. I've tried calling your offices primary just disconnecting. Can someone call me on this ASAP.

Very wide selection of clothes, accessories, and other items. Staff are friendly and the floors are clearly labelled. The elevator on site is very slow and can often takes so long to reach you that you think it's out of order
