Stayed here for 7 days. It is in an industrial setting so no great views. The free parking is an absolute scam as they have partnered with an independent parking company to issue fines to residents despite them having followed all the steps to prevent this. This is a particular annoyance when driving a rental vehicle. Cannot recommend staying here unless you are desperate.

Stayed here overnight after my travel plans changed. I'm very thankful that Premier Inn allow walk in bookings. The two staff members who booked me were incredibly friendly & helpful. The room was great as it was clean, spacious & the bed was very comfortable. Also even though the hotel is right by a busy road it didn't effect my sleep at all. Overall a great hotel & I would recommend it to anyone staying in Poole.

Just got back from a 3 night stay at Premier inn poole north. I have to say it is one of the nicest premier inns i have stayed in. Rob was fantastic. We had arrived early and he helped with an early check. All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless. The beds very comfy. The bath and shower were amazing. Lovely hot water. Thank you to the staff on duty these last few days. The restaurant on site was very nice. Breakfast was amazing. Great choice and hot buffet all items regularly restocked.

Disappointing. The room was cold as the heating was not working properly, just blowing out cold air. The restaurant was freezing cold (do you really need to put on the air conditioning in January, Premier Inn?). Also they were short staffed and half the items on the menu were unavailable leaving me as a pescatarian with very limited clhoice. Restaurant staff should learn to smile occasionally.

As a very regular user of Premier Inns,, I'm yet to write a negative post.Staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean and well equipped for a short stay.Premier Inn is always my first choice all across the country.I know I'll be looked after and get a great nights sleep.

Away from Poole centre, in industrial estate. That means more space. About 120 rooms. Reception good, rooms large, with good bed, heating and large bath. Everything was clean and worked. Onsite restaurant and bar was fine for simple meals. Excellent value in January, maybe less so in summer.
