Was offered a room where the cleaners didn't change the bedding, went to go on the bed to see so much hair all over on duvet and mattress. But, the reception staff came and changed all the bedding. Then, there was fault with central heating, temperature wouldn't go below 25 c, so he got a fan and we switched off heating all together. Staff at breakfast were good, could improve if they can put a bit of smile. Felt sorry for reception staff that they had to make bed, thank you. Room No.116Nearby activities: Run along the quay side. Good restaurants in easy reach.

Usual premeir inn provision, bar adjacent, took advantage of meal dral, decent quality and service, bar closes at 10, good access to lighthouse theatre, in safe walking

Unpleasant, awful, and dirty.The staff were really helpful and polite at reception, but that?s where the positives ended. The rooms were grubby and dirty, and I could hear every single step the people on the floor above me took, and people walking up and down that stairs. Loud reverberating stomps from early morning to late at night.The restaurant for breakfast was absolutely filthy, badly managed, and chaotic. I was disgusted. We had prepaid for breakfast on both mornings but just skipped it on the second day as we could not face that filth again.

The location is closer to the bay area which is good for a quick jog along the coast.

Another good nights sleep in a town that I love.Only downside room could be a little cleaner and a coat of fresh paint would go a miss.Sink was full of hair ( not mine) and cobwebs in the bathroom.Wall by bed damaged.Rooms: Need to be given a lick of paint.Walkability: As long as it?s not raining 20 min walk to town centre.Food & drinks: As it should be.Noteworthy details: Some of the furniture in the table table restaurant could do with a deep clean or replacing. Lots of dirty stained chair seats.

We arrived later than anticipated and were informed that we had missed the timeline by two minutes order from the restaurant and initially advised that the visitor in front of us was the last order for the kitchen. I explained that we were in a predicament that was completely out of our control and that she would like to request our request to cook ac last meal for us. The severe and the chef agreed to so so, although it was on his own to clean up the kitchen at his end of shift. I thanked them personally both for their kind personally for their kind hospitality and customer and really feel that they receive the recognition they really deserve. The service was beyond and what I would have expected from the Premier Inn. I shall be using the Holes Bay many times in the future as my partner and a business very nearby and convenient to stay at your accommodation. I would be grateful if you could provide me with reduced rates as a business and the tariffs of the rates, or reduced rates as a regular customer each weekLooking forward to hearing from you soon

Overall pretty good but getting into the resteraunt is pretty hard (book well in advance) and they don't clean the rooms after you arrive.

Room had damp walls with mould, it was also unclean. PI did give me some money back but I think it?s just too big and old to be classed as a good value room.

Another great stay we will be back soon.Everything was as it should be great rooms very good location and fantastic food from the on-site restaurant. We ate on-site every day both breakfast and evening meals and we all agreed the food was brilliant. Also one of our waitresses Cheryl couldn?t do enough for us she was brilliant overall it?s 5 starsFrom us.

Very helpful reception staff. I arrived late, and found I'd booked for the next day. But it was no problem & quickly changed. Usual high standard room, very clean & spacious. Great location too overlooking Holes Bay, handy for the BCP area. Thanks.
