The Worst Service I've Had In A Long Time.We went here to get dinner as a party of 10. When we arrived we were greeted at the door buy a guy who told us we would have to wait as they needed to clean tables etc. We waited for about 10 minutes before a young ish girl appeared and just stood silently near us. After a minute I asked her if she was there for us, she just nodded. We all focused our attention on her and she walked off without saying a word. We followed her into the restaurant which, bearing in mind our 10 minute wait, has approx 35 tables and of which 2 were occupied. Why did we have to wait so long? Anyway we sit down and the waitress has already left, again without saying a word. So we all sit and start to look at menus before realising there are no children's menus. We get the attention of the waitress who then mopes her way over and kinda slides/throws the menus on table and then walks of again. Not a single word or even a smile. Our tables are covered in salt and sticky stuff and crisps all over the floor so we ask for the table to be wiped over (which was supposedly the reason for our wait). We then start placing orders (through a QR code) which immediately asks for a tip ? I've no idea what for ?????. Anyway we get up to around £230 and then decided to leave. As one of our party was waiting for his young child to come out of the toilet one of the staff asked what he was doing. He told them we were going to leave and he replied "ok whatever, see ya then" .After all of this we did have an interaction with the store manger who was polite and engaging but the rest of the staff we encountered clearly couldn't be arsed to make any effort at all, I'm surprised they even managed to make it in to work at all.What happend to making an effort to be polite, service with a smile. Or "here are the children's menus, if you need anything else just let me know. Enjoy your meals" that kind of stuff. Then you earn your tips, for good service!Unfortunately they lost a £250 table yesterday which might not seem much but all because they couldn't be bothered to put a little effort in.

Do not go. The pizza made me and 4 other friends I'll for 2 days. It was my 2nd time going and even the 1st time I still got sick but I thought maybe it was just a one off but considering the fact 4 of my friends ate the same pizza and all fell I'll it's clearly not, also this isn't too relatable to the restaurant but the sprinkles for the ice cream got dumped into ice cream and a child scooped it back up and put it into its container with the ice cream still on it,the plates were dirty and I just don't feel like it was very hygienic

Great food, nice choice of salad bar which comes as part of most meals. Staff were friendly and liked to check if we were happy with our food etc. Not too much interaction with the staff as mostly order through an app on your phone (QR code), but service was speedy, and we didn't have to wait to be seated. It felt good to go back after many years, bringing back all those memories as a kid. We ordered two flat breads, which felt like a healthier alternative to pizza and shared them to have the best of both. We also had a side of mozzarella sticks, but it only came with 5 - not worth £7! We would go again, but perhaps not order the sides as not good value for money.

I wanted to write a new review because I had a nightmare of a ?delivery? gone wrong with Just-Eat and their advice for it was to leave a negative review which I did. But I felt awful about it because it wasn't actually anything the restaurant did wrong, and the manager was absolutely lovely when I called. He was super friendly and accommodating, he was kind and thoughtful in a difficult situation, and I just appreciated the heck outta him. So this is to make up for the fact I had to leave negativity out there in the world and hopefully anyone who saw that will maybe see this and know it wasn?t directed at them. This place is golden.Dietary restrictions: Vegan options are pretty great. Really like them a lot

Sunday lunchtime buffet with the family, no booking and seating very quickly.Front of house team fast and attentive, but standard of food wasn't great. Buffet hotplate went empty for prolonged periods of time and very minimal selection, often duplicated.The thin crust offerings were often dripping in oil which is a shame as personally prefer thin crust over thick.For the amount paid, the food was the let down today.

Attend mistakes and refund all the meal. Good service. Bad pudding.Wheelchair accessibility: Not that easy for toilet lock. But nice big space and very clean.

Can no longer speak to a member of staff if you want anything, you have to do it yourself using a QR code. What happened to customer service?

My family and I popped into here for a lunch, the level of service from everyone was fantastic. Dan the manager was really friendly and very helpful he went above and beyond you could tell he was passionate about his job.
