Amazing staff! We were served by Megan and she couldn?t have been more informative, helpful and friendly. She gave us all the guidance on the care of hamsters and was there to answer any questions. All of the staff at the till were also friendly! Megan was amazing at her job! Amazing service!

Never leave reviews but had amazing service from a gentleman member of staff. We went in half an hour from closing seeking some advice and he couldn?t have been more helpful and kind. The advice he gave us turned out to be spot on and solved an issue we had been having with our dog!

Great shop for all your pets need

Any cat flee treatment I get from here turns up late. When it does, it causes infestations.
I then leads me to need to buy flee spray, which costs 4x times more, every 3 or 4 months to fight off infestations.

Click and collected a dog harness. The item was delivered with packaging damaged and the item was filthy.
But lady in shop was very helpful and arranged a refund.
Won't be ordering anything again from them.
