Amazing practice. My dog River became tangled in the boot of my car with his lead and a blanket on route to have his booster injections. The staff were amazing and quickly came to the rescue to free him.
They calmed me down and acted professionally with compassion. Great team work. Thank you again so much

Hamster DEAD already at 5 months old. Every hamster we?ve had from here dies within a year. Ridiculous! The staff are clueless when it comes to the age of them, oh I don?t know. Cruel!

You go there because you need stuff for your pet. Not my favourite place to go, the advice given by a member of staff was complete rubbish, i needed something to loosen my dogs' stools and they recommend eggs!!! Which i believe hardens the stools, although I didn't correct them, but probably thinking about it, i should have. It is always shocking that the dogs water bowl outside is empty, and the bowls look rather grim. The lady serving on the till looked rather scared of dogs or didn't know how to interact with them. Not sure what it is about that place, but I never get the feeling they actually love animals.
