Absolutely awful, was sent these by my partner through interflora at 45 pounds plus 7.50 delivery, they are the measliest bunch of flowers I've ever received. 2 roses, 3 tulips, 3 gerbera no LILYS ! Could of bought a better bunch in asda, flowers are supposed to make your feel happy not angry,cross,upset and disappointed when you look them. I appreciate your reply, and these flowers are very pretty but nothing like the photo shown on interflora website. The photo online shows lilys. I'm sorry that inflora take alot of your money but I have ordered interflora before and never had this trouble I am sorry my cristism upset you. I will take up wofh interflora this issue and I will order from you flowers for mymother's birthday so I can compare the difference.

I have used PHFC before and they've never let me down. This morning I called and spoke to Lucy who was very helpful as I needed a bouquet delivered locally same day. As usual, no problem, received a phone call from the recipient saying how beautiful the bouquet was and delivered well within the time given. Thank you! Highly recommended.

I did Kerry?s Christmas wreath-making class this evening and it was fantastic. There was so much foliage to choose from and lots of gorgeous decorations. Kerry is so patient and really easy to chat to. She?s got so much experience as a florist - no wonder she?s the best florist in the area! A total professional. She makes it look so easy.I came home with a huge wreath - just love it.I?m already excited to do my next class with her. Five stars.

The flowers arrived today, they looked really dried up. The sunflowers were very poor. Really not good. They were sent from my sister in law following my cancer diagnosis' and she wanted some good fresh flowers after having a bad online experience , so my partner went in and ordered them to be delivered. Very underwhelmed ?

Non existant customer service. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST.If i could give this company 0 stars i would.My husband ordered a 'bouquet' for £60. When it arrived, it was more like a small bunch of flowers and the leaves on the flowers were yellow and almost dead. The following day 95% of the flowers were also dead. I sent an email to the shop with photographs, but got no reply. I called the shop and was told the manager would call me back - 3 weeks later and still no reply. They obviously don't care about customer service. I would definately NOT recommend this florist.
