Queued for a while, no dramas, got called over by Jackie who then coughed everywhere without covering her mouth, went to the back room to calm her cough and when she came back she started serving someone else! That was the moment I had enough and went to find another member of staff who was polite, helpful and served us!

Issue with my clasp not opening so can?t take bracelet off. Staff really unhelpful, said I had to come back after 15th January to get it repaired but no explanation why. Poor customer service.

We popped in on a whim and so glad we did. All the staff were friendly without pressure to buy. Lots of talk about my daughters bubble tea. Bought my daughter her first ring, made good memories this day. Thank you to the staff at Pandora and no doubt we will see you again.

This is the second time I have been to this store, first time was to buy my best friend her 50th present and this time for a gift card and both times have had excellent service from the girls. Always friendly and and look like they really enjoy their Job and always make sure the customer walks away happy.
