My 9 year old daughter was having issues with her Pandora earrings. Sophie couldn?t have been more helpful and polite. Excellent customer service in store and now I have an extremely happy daughter.

Personal thank you for Amy. My daughter had placed a ring in store a few months ago to be mended. Twice she has gone in and asked to be told it is not in store. Today Amy went above and beyond to help find the ring. A very happy daughter. Such great customer service.

Visited the Poole store and was greeted and served by Amy who was so helpful. Amazing customer service and really knowledgeable. Would definitely visit the store again for my next purchase.

Queued for a while, no dramas, got called over by Jackie who then coughed everywhere without covering her mouth, went to the back room to calm her cough and when she came back she started serving someone else! That was the moment I had enough and went to find another member of staff who was polite, helpful and served us!

Issue with my clasp not opening so can?t take bracelet off. Staff really unhelpful, said I had to come back after 15th January to get it repaired but no explanation why. Poor customer service.

Over priced, mass produced jewellery and over bearing staff that jump on you befor you actually step a foot through there door, not an enjoyable experience, would not recommend this place.
