I don?t usually write reviews, but after my experience at the O2 store, I felt compelled to give a massive shout-out to Victory Lemeh. His service was genuinely outstanding from start to finish.
Victory was not only friendly and approachable but also incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to really listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and helped me find the perfect solution without any pressure or upselling. What stood out most was his patience and professionalism ? I never felt rushed, and he made sure I left with everything I needed fully sorted.
In a world where great customer service can be rare, Victory set the bar incredibly high. It?s rare to come across someone who is not only good at their job but genuinely cares about the customer experience. I left the store feeling completely satisfied and confident with my choices ? all thanks to him.
If you?re heading to O2, do yourself a favour and ask for Victory. He?s a credit to the company

The man that has now served me twice is called Victory -this man is incredible! Super slick super knowledgeable and super helpful. Nothing is a problem / nothing is an issue. He is such a quality chap and tempered me transfer to O2 from EE ?.. as well as get my whole family onboard. Really happy with my choice and the discounted service that I got as a service army soldier.

Although I was served quickly, the service was unfriendly and was very difficult to understand. Had to ask her to repeat the words and questions several times, but she did not bother to slow down. No smile, no reference by name- a depressing experience - staff need customer service training as soon as possible. .

Victory was so helpful when my husband purchased a new phone in the store this weekend. Especially when we were having problems with his old phone and buttons were not working he managed to sort out updating the new phone for him.

New shop refurb looks amazing much better than before. If you were lucky enough to get down to the store on the grand opening day donuts for everyone!
Anyway great customer service from Alistair we have been dealing with him for years very professional and knowledgeable but ??.. We had the pleasure of Imogen who was extremely knowledgeable and her customer service was next level. Take your pick guys who you would like to be served by make your own mind up on this honest review.

Went into today to get some WiFi for my new flat and Armani was absolutely brilliant and helped me get everything sorted and made it a really easy process! Brilliant customer service!!

I visited the o2 shop in poole, and Jake was a star!
He solved my esim issues for myself and my wife.

What an unhelpful store. Visited twice after problems getting sorted after a dead iPhone with eSim. First time I had to convince the store operator that "no, I can't receive a text message to confirm you should give me a replacement sim from the eSim on my dead phone". Not having a driving licence or passport with me he eventually agreed to call their customer service by phone who then quickly verified me by other methods. When I returned back in with sim problems two days later, all I wanted was an 02 sim to check with a handset to confirm the sim was at fault "45 min wait, sir, I've got someone in front of you". So he took my name and number, never called and meanwhile I was helped by the very helpful store two doors down.

The staff in O2 Poole are exceeding in the way they treat their customers. I?ve been in twice now, the first Jake was amazing. He not only sorted out my problem, but he discussed my plan now and my possible future options when I am out of contract.
I went in today (10/04/24) and Imogen was equally as friendly, knowledgeable and keen to help me with a tech problem. Which she sorted out in no time. I was going off O2 with their prices of the airtime plan, but service like this makes me reconcider my decision.
Thank you to you both, you have both been a big help.

Went in today to speak about a sim only contract as I?m looking to move over from another provider. The staff were very rude. After waiting a bit the guy shouted at me across the store ?forgot your name but she?s ready for you now?, for her to proceed to be very blunt and rude, not really helpful at all. The whole process felt like they didn?t want any of us in there at all and simply wanted to go home. Poor customer service
