I went in on Sunday 27th July. Approximately 2pm to collect an online purchase, and the two young women on the till were so helpful and went out their way to help me, as i bought an item in the shop but i needed to go to a different collection point. But went out of their way to make my life easier, They helped me navigate retrieving my collection code, and one got the item for me, whilst i paid for the ither time , team work in action, they were an absolute credit to the store. I should have got their names.

I needed a suit, something I've never brought before. Beth was happy to help! She measured me, then advised me on style and colour. She gave me lots to try on and was a great help. I left with a great 3 piece that fitted perfectly. Thanks Beth for all your help.

Had to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to come to the service desk, then I was informed that they cannot exchange or return online items in store they can only refund it and I have to wait 5 days for the balance to go back on my gift card when they had physical gift cards in the store that they could have refunded to? Seems odd to me, at least the staff are polite

Really good service. It's difficult to find the right thing at the best of times, let alone with a picky teen. The shop assistant was so kind, patient and willing to help.

For the 1st of December. This store is in dire need of some their staff going through a customer service course. Both me and my wife were served at different tills but by the same lack of lustre customer care. Not a smile but a grunt. A stare, not a greeting. And talked under their breathe with almost contempt. Very poor service and definitely in times with the season.

Well stocked store and free parking is a plus. Only rated three stars as on a recent visit, both staff members I encountered were very grumpy and treated the customers as an inconvenience. Hopefully a one off, as generally the Next staff are friendly and helpful.
