Awful customer service. Was told it is e-receipt only which I wasn't happy about to start with, but I never received the email either!
I wanted to return my items but was told that it is exchange only on sale items which was not displayed any in the store, I was told it is on the receipt (of which I still hadn't received) I contacted customer services who were very helpful and after explaining what had happened instore gave me a full refund.
Although I will never return to the store or purchase from New Look again. Take your money elsewhere

Majority of the time fine when come in the shop but often there?s one particular girl who is just really rude and moody with really bad customer service. Dark brown hair, slim, lip filler. not sure if she?s supervisor or manager. But came in for a return, said hi and asked if I could do a return to which she just said ?end til? and pointed to her colleague. Has been other occasions when I?ve come in and she?s being rude to other staff members simply asking for help. Just not approachable at all, pretty rude and just not good customer service. Always seems to just be faffing by the tils aswell not doing a lot.. Other girls are always pretty pleasant but I do sometimes come In to a lot of them gossiping on shop floor.. not the type to leave reviews like this but has happened a lot recently makes me not want to shop here.. Hopefully this can change?

Horrible staff. Went in there today with my mum and got laughed at and whispered by the staff which we didn?t think was funny. They were really intimidating- it was 2 women behind the counter, and didn?t have a great experience.

Horrendous customer service - don't waste your time or money shopping here.Wanted to return 3 things I had purchased before Christmas, firstly was greeted with 'have you filled out the portal?' - excuse you? No hello, or explanation as to what this portal was. There was no signal in the mall so I couldn't scan the QR code without signing up to the wifi and give details that I did not want to give. I asked how they process a refund for someone without a smart phone, and I was told to 'go home and print off the form' if I didn't want to sign up to the wifi.The 'manager' had no customer service skills at all. I begrudgingly joined the wifi just to get out of there and discovered that I had misread the return date and was a day over the refund date, my mistake which I explained. I asked if I could have a credit note instead and the 'manager' gave me a straight 'no'. No customer service, no alternative option, no explaining the policy - nothing. Just a rude teenager with a power complex. To not even offer a credit note (even at the current selling price if they have gone down) is appalling customer service, it is at no loss to the business and keeps a customer at least feeling slightly valued.I left £70 of items at the till point and left the store, they can kindly put them where the sun doesn't shine and I will never be stepping foot in a New Look store again.

The assistants are some of the most helpful and friendly I?ve spoke. To in a long time! Vicky went above and beyond to help me find the trousers I wanted. Amazing staff and beautiful clean store!!

New look in Poole is honestly one of the best store l have been to, every time l visit this store all the staff are so accommodating, so helpful and truly can?t do enough for you, the advice when l need some guidance with clothing even though they are busy they are more than happy to stop and help, honestly l walk away feeling so happy that l can?t wait for my next visit.I can?t speak highly enough of all the staff at new look, and l would like to say a huge THANK YOU for helping me when lm in store and for your time, ? xx

Very friendly staff in the kids section who were more than willing to help find stock for my daughter & also complimented her nails which made her day. It's the little things that go a long way. ?????
