The staff here are nice, considerate and helpful and I have no complaints. I can?t say the same for the services of the bank however which have pinged me back and forth between departments over an account lock.

We had to go into Nationwide because we had not heard anything from an application for a service which was received and acknowledged by the branch 7 days earlier. After a little wait, we received some service and after several long minutes and discussions with most of the staff, including the manager, they had no answer as to why we had not had a reply. The young gent that helped us was polite and knowledgeable and kept apologising for the branches mistake. Cutbacks are everywhere, the shop looked empty but all available staff were engaged with customers.

Not even hello . She was there sitting like was in a coffee shop, I thought she was a client , rude manners speaking to my husband , not professional service . Shocking behaviour .

After leaving halifax, spending 45 minutes just to set up an appointment. (Which took nationwide 15 minutes to complete the entire thing)I was met by Lynda, who was most helpful, cheerful, funny, kind. And she had us done and dusted in just a few painless minutes.Thank you!

Made the mistake of using this branch today, the woman that served me told me to use the machine to put cash in, but I said I?d prefer not to and all I got was a bad attitude and rolling of the eyes. I won?t be using that branch again Broadstone are much friendlier.

Have been with nationwide since i can remember, and i can not fault the staff or the building society at all. I have always had issue resolved quickly and easily, I wouldn't go anywhere else 10/10
