After two years and three projects, we can safely say that MSP are great to work with. Pragmatic. Human. Solution-focused, they have listened and worked with us to overcome bumps in the road. We have always been able to pick up the phone and talk without delay. Chris Shephard and Rupert Morrall have been great, drawdowns are paid fast by the friendly finance team and even the legal team are refreshingly responsive. All banks are expensive but MSP have genuinely related to us a customer.

If I could leave these people 0 stars I would, 1 is far too many. They charged £200k on top of their shocking fees. Rupert is a complete clown who has no idea about construction just wants to try and impress the boss. Paul Miracca is the worst person in the world to deal with?. EVER!! And I?ve dealt with some bad people in my time. If you want to lose money and be kept awake at night from threats and pressure from MSP go ahead and use MSP but don?t say I didn?t warn you.

I was first introduced to MSP when Chris Wright joined there amazing team. Chris and I had met in a working capacity on various developments dating back some years. Me as a developer and Chris as a valuer.I find working with MSP Capital career changing. Messed us around for the loan due to Covid and then would not give any flexibility when we found ourselves having to pay late due to Covid. All in all they have left a bad taste in my mouth from dealing with them. I have gone on to other companies for loans who are much better and fairer
