Very good . The guys phoned the suppliers to see if the shower valve I was fitting would fit my existing set up . And when I had a problem with fitting they were excellent in trying to help. In the end it worked out that it was user error and they were cool about it . I'm a competent DIY person who has been building boats for 30+ years . Change a shower valve . How hard can it be ? ? MPH in Poole are excellent and were cheaper than toolstation.

M P H Plumbing Suppies website says for trade and diyBelieve me they do not like diy people.I am a very competent person who can carry out plumbing and electrical work without too much of a problem, but as is the way, sometimes things go wrong.I broke off the air bleed screw/valve on the central heating pump in the loft, by accident (old pump)I took the broken valve with a picture of the pump to MPH for a new oneI was met by a shrug of the shoulders and a go to a plumber answer when i asked if they had a replacement, because i could not name the exact component.Went across the road to HPS supplies who identified it straight away as a air vent valve and For £2.00 sold me a replacement.
