For a freshly cooked burger, it was thrown together and cold. (I asked for extra pickle so it should have been cooked fresh not ripped apart and extra pickle shoved in.

Don't use McDelivery. My order came 1 hour later and was cold, not even warm. There is no support line provided and McDonald's on their help page say contact Uber. But unless you order through Uber app (which did not) it is impossible to speak with anyone.
