It's a McDonald's so you know what to expect but I will say the duty manager for that day (27/12) was very attentive, coming round and asking if everyone was okay. Don't often see that in this day and age so fair play to him.
Parking: Three hours free parking until 8pm then it's an hour apparently so keep your receipt if you overstay so you can prove you were there, then apparently you won't have to pay any fine. McDonald's don't own the car park, it's run externally.

Everytime we order from you, there's something missing, when i phoned your store, i was told the order is done by weight, so if the order weighs right, the order is complete, what aload of bullshit,
It just means that you have a thick twat, who can't read a order off a receipt, when packing, its about time your store got good staff, who can read a order & not someone who's just left school & who looks pretty.

Unfortunately although the food was up to standard and was delicious for me and the family, we were served by a very rude boy named ?Steven?. He made was incredibly unfriendly, practically throwing my food at me without saying a word. I?m incredibly disappointed with this bottom of the barrel material Mcdonalds appear to be hiring these days. Will be taking my business to tower park in the future.

I had to go back to the counter 3 times as the food was wrong multiple times with items missing. Mcmuffins were terrible quality with burnt sausages. And the server that I dealt with every time was emotionless and unapologetic. Would avoid this location in the future.

It was very busy so there was no excuse for cold, hard, disgusting chips and cold burgers.
Why can?t you just cook fresh food. It always feels like you give people the days leftovers at night.

Yooo the food takes like 20 mins for a burger and drink also this place always forgets the dip for the cheese bites ?? (my McCrispy was also burnt)
