Just went into this store for some emergency change for tomorrow. I was served with kindness and a lot of understanding from Beth. As I am autistic and struggle with communication, Beth made me feel comfortable and feel like I was being understood and was so polite! This is the 2nd time I have been served by Beth, and both times were absolutely delightful. Looking forward to coming back again. Not only to get my bits and bobs shopping but for her positive attitude and wonderful personality, Beth has really made my evening once again! Thank you so much for your help! I really do wish there were more staff like Beth, who knows what customer service truly is!

Don't see any friendly people at all they treat you based on what you wear which i find it so offensive and i believe all Morrison are the same

I use the Morrisons on a daily basis, and there?s a gentleman in there called Barry who lights up my day when I walk in. It?s great to see someone of that age working so hard and being so friendly to all customers. He?s one of the main reasons Palmer Snell shops in there.

So sad to see that there?s an 80 year old thing working here still. There?s always a que and seems he chooses who he wants to be nice to. Not sure why he doesn?t retire. Such a shame as all the other staff members are all lovely

After not managing to get one before hand, I ordered a mother's day card through uber eats from here, unfortunately they had just ran out, but somone sent a plain card with a rose on the front which will work perfectly. Great staff. Thank you ??
