The delivery that was supposed to arrive on Thursday never came, without any information given. Today is Saturday and it still hasn?t arrived.
I called 10 times and went there twice, yet they already took the money from my account. Every time I asked, they just said ?the delivery is on the way? and brushed me off.
I have never seen such an irresponsible chain market.

Great place to stock up on all the essentials like washing up liquid, toilet paper, fabric softeners, and such.

Big store, need to watch the prices though.you?d think you were entering Buckingham palace with the questions and security from older guy on the front desk! most of the other staff are friendly and helpful.Hand dryer in men?s toilets do need immediate attention ?

Horrible service .beef jerky the shelf label says £10.99 on the tills it?s coming up as £13.89. The lady cashier saying that offer finished on 29nov. We are unable to give that price . This is some thing the store manger is responsible for not removing the promotions tickets .(6days out of date promotions card on shelf ? ) as of law they need to offer the shelf price. But this bookers at poole got there own law . looks like the law applying whileCustomers coming to shops. But not applying on cash and carry customers. Well done store manager of major poole .

Very different to what it used to be. All prices really expensive as you look at the price and vat needs adding which is often alot more than ordinary shops. Very rarely go there now. Shame its gone down.

Most unfriendly place in the whole wide world, I inadvertently wandered in here and when I made an enquiry to the staff member about buying something/obtaining a card, the staff threw me out the nearest exit like I was some sort of criminal, I have never known anything so rude and such poor business practice.

Closed when visited at around 2pm on Tuesday 28 December. Couldn't be more inconvenient. Supposed to be a wholesaler. Has been a joke of a business since the Tesco acquisition. Can't even take a well-behaved child into the store, which rules out anyone self-employed who fits childcare around work, and forget an early morning visit if you're not a food business (presumably because stock levels for this huge supply business are tiny) Can only assume this is a long prelude to an eventual closure.
