Pretty new to the wine world and went to Majestic where I thought it?d be just me walking around aimlessly! The service was INCREDIBLE, all the staff super lovely, didn?t make me feel stupid asking any questions and staff helped me so much. Huge shout out Anelise who was super lovely and gave the best advice. So far every bottle has been spot on, amazing and thank you.

Easy shopping. Room to browse. Competitive priceing. Pleasant staff. Beware wines with no date or grape variety, unfortunately this applies everywhere including 70cl. Bottles (not 75cl.). Otherwise enjoy.

Terrible service? I ordered over the phone and was told delivery would be made a few days later, no delivery on said date, was told it was coming the following day but it didn?t, was then told it would be a week later (after the event I was ordering for). I had to repeatedly call Majestic head office to get any updates from Poole branch who stopped answering my calls. Turns out the branch cancelled my order at some point without informing me or issuing a refund! Eventually got my money back and went to a charming and helpful local wine merchant - needless to say I won?t be using Majestic, especially the Poole branch again.

Well lit. Good signage. Friendly staff. Wheelchair accessible but the ramp at the entrance is quite steep and the displays are not wheelchair friendly.

A company that cannot honour its ow gift vouchers is not worth going to. Don't blame it on the system you should have a back up. Very disappointed.

My son is getting married and we didnt know much about wine, a friend suggested we go to majestic so I booked a wine tasting with Dan, what a fabulous experience. Nothing was too much trouble Dan was so patient and very knowledgeable, he manages to pick the perfect selection for our taste and budget and with free delivery free glass hire and ice buckets it wa s such a lovely afternoon. The bride loved it and he even gave us the rest of the bottle to take home! Cant wait put in our order Thanks so much Dan!
