Went in today for the Tailor Made massage experience, I had Lauren for my treatment. Great massage wasn?t sure what to expect, kind of a hybrid between a relaxing and a sports massage. On arrival signed in with the staff in the cosmetics shop who were lovely, I actually arrived early and was seen before my treatment was supposed to start. The ?consultation? was nice a relaxed definitely gave the spa treatment feel, I was able to customise my experience via the products which were going to be used. The massage was again in a spa like treatment room, with its own individual music and essence. The massage was definitely more sports massage like. I?d say best of both worlds. Lauren was great really professional but lovely and friendly, would definitely go back. On leaving again other staff in the shop were really friendly and asked about my experience. Overall would definitely recommend lush spa Poole and would definitely go back. Thanks Lauren ?

Popped in Lush while in the area. A lovely building with a very warm welcome from Ross. He had the right balance of being informative and friendly in equal measures. Very attentive and packaged our purchases beautifully and added a sample or two. very refreshing to stumble across such a service.. Thank you

I?ve just returned from the most amazing spa massage (The Good Hour) with the lovely Katie. She was professional, calm, and made the whole experience feel truly luxurious?a perfect reset after a stressful week of moving house. I now feel ready to face Monday feeling calm and relaxed.

I had a tailor made massage today. Stuff were really welcoming and friendly. Karen walked me through the whole process and I was able to pick the massage bar for my treatment. The massage was amazing and I felt relaxed while she applied the right amount of pressure to help my muscles. I would totally recommend it as I would defo come back . Thank you ladies x

I went to Lush Poole today and had an amazing experience. The staff here are really top notch. They helped me pick out perfect products for my upcoming holiday which fit the ideas I was looking for. They were also so lovely, knowledgeable and welcoming.
I visit a lot of the Lush stores as I travel across the the country often for work/ to see family and the Poole Team are easily one of the best teams out there!

Had a lovely experience in Lush, made extra lovely and memorable by Ayalah.
I will be honest and admit that sometimes I struggle with being approached rather quickly in Lush stores when sometimes I just want to look and browse alone, enjoying the experience in solitude.
However, that being said, I am on this occasion, actually grateful Ayalah did approach me, and let me know she was there to help me if I needed her.
Ayalah was happy to share all of her knowledge and experience on any products I was curious about trying or buying and she really took the time to explain everything thoroughly??.
She had a very kind & helpful comforting nature, and helped me select the right products that I was looking for.
She even gave me a lovely little arm massage after I spotted massage bars I hadn?t noticed before.
Thank you Ayalah for all of your help, Lush is lucky to have you as a member of their team.

absolutely gorgeous experience at the lush spa today! had the synaesthesia treatment and it was gorgeous from start to finish. my sister and i really felt like VIP?s! The massage is tailored to you and you can choose how you?d like to feel during your treatment- we chose just be at peace.
everything about this experience was just fabulous and i?d recommend to anybody who would like to treat themselves!

My teenage daughter celebrated her birthday here with a group of her friends. Because the shop's a little on the dinky side, the party was arranged for a saturday evening after it had closed for the day, so it already felt special before they had even started - like the most luxurious and best-smelling lock-in ever!
The Lush girls were fantastic - kind, funny, entertaining and informative. They took care to make sure that the music was exactly right, and struck the perfect balance between pampering and fun. Oh, and they spoke fluent teen, which broke the ice brilliantly. Best party bags EVER (as voted by the girls), and best value party ever (as voted by me!). Would highly recommend, and we may well be back for more next year (my son can't get enough of their fabulously icky/gruesome 'joke shop' range of bath and shower treats, and consequently had major party FOMO...)

Thank you so much to Holly and Amber for making my daughter?s 9th birthday party so fantastic! She had a brilliant time and so did all her friends. Holly was so engaging and the girls loved her. She also knew all the words to every KPop Demon song so she was the best thing ever in their eyes. The time flew by as the activities were so fun and the party bags were fantastic. Apart from take photos, I didn?t lift a finger (except to have a look round the amazing spa and try all the testers!). Thank you so much!

Really lovely staff! The original store - so smaller than most. Therefore I was slightly worried about our family of six taking up too much space! But the team kept the little ones busy with demonstrations of bath bombs and glitter so that I could look for myself. I didn't feel rushed and was able to make purchases for myself - and a treat for the girls!

Had such a lovely Tailor made massage from Lauren.
And my hubby from Joan(dont know whether I catch her name correctly, pardon me if Im not )the bob hair cut .
They both are so pleasant and professional .We thoroughly enjoy it,one point I even snore as its so therapeutic and relaxing.
Joan clearly expain everything before we start the session.Had a lovely cup of tea ,some treats as well.Highly recommend .Thank you.
