Absolutely useless team of people (if you can even call them a team).Had a prescription for several days, upon collection the prescription is still not ready and advised it will be 20 minutes. Although on reading this review it may not seem like a big deal, this happens on every occasion and as a result have spent many combined hours waiting for them to do the job they are paid to do effectively!Would be good if the clueless staff could do their job efficiently. Will not bother with these mainstream pharmacies in future. Sack the staff and bring a new team who can work together and do the job they are paid to do!

Pharmacist was very rude to my wife and myself. I don't appreciate being talked down to by anyone. Certainly not a jobs worth like him. If possible, get your prescription any where else. Not here.

This pharmacy has earned it's poor ratings over the years, but the staff have always been polite and helpful. The opening hours are of great benefit to working people, and the service is now fine.

Dreadful chemist. Either long quees or one can not get through to them on phone. Automated message, can't take any calls or leave a message, try later. What do they mean later, all day. I have to have a taxi to get there as can not walk, so if the meds has not been prepared or out of stock therefor wase of my money. But worse suffering as meds. not there or available. Not good enough. They don't deserve one star, but it's not the staff at fault, grossly uderstaffed. It's the company

Very poor service. Never let you know that your prescription is redy.all doctors says prescription should be redy in 48 hours. At this place is two weeks. Do not pick up the phone if you try to call them. Disgusting. ?

Have been unable to check important weekly meds, due to understaffed and they tell the doctors other wise. One guy works there very helpful. Pharmacist is rude and doesn't listen

Had the pharmacist struggle with my name and complain about how hard my name was to pronounce, although her name looked like an optician's test board.Always a long wait, regardless of queue length.

Very, very rude staff. They had a perscription for eight days, no tablets, no explanation as to why they could not dispense the drug. The condition is life threatening. The staff had no concerns about my safety, and no sympathy for the position I was left in. The worse service ever, how can they justify not being concerned about a patient's safety.

Had a diabetes check here last Friday. Very thorough, including check of height, weight etc, and all for 10 pounds. Recommended

I had an awful experience at this LloydsPharmacy. I had booked to take Covid anti-gen tests, but on arrival I was told that they had no tests available. I was told that no bookings had been approved despite my showing both the confirmation emails I had received and the reminder messages I was sent just a few hours before. The pharmacist did not offer any apology. I will not visit again.

Went in to get some over the counter treatment but never it used before so wanted advice on what the options were. The man that I spoke to asked if I wanted to speak privately, I was a bit puzzled as to how this would be possible but replied that yes I would if that's ok, he then said "well we can't because of covid". I very nearly asked why on Earth he bothered asking then, I really felt he was making fun of me. I'll stick to my usual pharmacy now thanks.

Lloyd's pharmacy unfortunately has a bad reputation, sadly that reputation is well deserved. We normally rely on this pharmacy for my Grandfathers many, many medications, however, perhaps due to the large nature of the orders, we very rarely have an occasion where the order is complete and correct causing issues as the staff are normally very unhelpful in dealing with the issue's preferring to believe you are at fault rather than fixing the issue. They often disregard instruction regarding brand and variety of medicine, for example when sugar free medicine is required the give the sugar filled version. Want peppermint? You get aniseed.The pharmacy is technically separate from the aisles that surround it. These aisles sell various medical equipment and tablets however should you require advice do not bother asking someone from Lloyds and they will simply tell you its not their problem and they are unwilling to help. So unprofessional.
