Booked in for an MOT with relatively short notice and got booked in on a Saturday.
Got there a bit early and started right away. It didn't take too long and I waited around for it.
Once it was complete, the mechanic went through and explained all advisories picked up and how to rectify them.

Brilliant experience at Kwik Fit Hamworthy on Monday... Lovely, hardworking, approachable guys and it is really convenient, as you can grab a coffee in Greggs next door and do quick food shop in Lidl on the other side!!! .....so the appointment time flies by!
Work was done promptly, quickly and professionally. It is the 2nd time I have used these guys for an MOT and I cannot fault them.

Good service. Had a MOT plus extras to get through MOT. Noticed a knocking sound as leaving so returned. The guys sorted it straight away despite it being closing time

I would have been 5 star but after tracking, steering wheel wasn?t completely horizontal when driving straight ahead. Graham did an excellent job in all other respects. I was able to correct it by a 3/8 turn of the new tie rods in on the n/s and out on the off side . Now perfect! To be fair most garages struggle to get this completely right , I guess the tolerance is so small but steering wheel position does make a huge difference to the feel of a well tracked car.

We were starting our 230 mile journey home to find our brakes needed replacing. Wayne was fabulous - he ordered the parts ready for our arrival and had our brakes done in around an hour. Great service and very much appreciated, thank you!

Amazing service, realised my daughter's MOT over due as I couldn't get her tax. Managed to book into here on line for a Saturday MOT. All done and dusted by midday. Lovely staff will definitely use them again.

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff. The timeline was explained to me so that my expectations were appropriate. Was called and emailed with pics before work was carried out so I had a clear understanding of what was going on. Offered payment options and then the work was finished to a high standard. I was a late booking and really appreciated them fitting me in.

I must confess to mixed experiences with other Kwik Fits, but I popped in here when a tyre pressure warning light came on. They saw me straight away, checked all the pressures, adjusted them and cleared the light, and put on a missing value cap. All sorted and no charge. Top customer service at this Kwik Fit, made my day.

Massive thanks to the gentleman who assisted me on Monday 24 March. Even though you were short staffed.
Due to a family emergency I needed to get tyres changed on my mums car that day, the gentleman went above and beyond to ensure that it could all be sorted on that day.
