Went outside to find my front nearside was flat, the staff booked me in fort hat afternoon and sorted me out with a full set as required, balancing/tracking was sorted out and the car feel soooooo much better. As usual that staff were very friendly and straight talking. I was shown a full photographic log of issues and wear pattern. Top stuff with continue to use for each of my vehicles.

Great service so just had to leave 5 start review! Took my RS5 in on my way home from work today to get my front wheels balanced (late in the day on the off chance they could fit me in). Really impressed, the team couldn't have been more helpful and although I was quoted half an hour to wait it was more like 15 minutes! Really friendly and excellent service so credit where its due! Thanks again to you and the team you are a great advert for Kwik Fit! Keep up the great work!

I booked online the same day, which was fantastic. I had 4 new tyres & the staff were professional & helpful all the way through the process. It?s was easy to book & pay online. My husband booked when we went to collect my car & he booked in his car for the e next morning. We both would recommend

This kwikfit was great! We had a puncture, but it was fixed in under 20 minutes and they fitted us in. Would really recommend if in a similar situation.

I'm a MOT tester at a Kwik fit in the midlands, I was on holiday with my family when I got a puncture and needed my tyre replacing. I went into the Poole branch, introduced myself, and was very well looked after.
I only met a couple of the guys and they were really friendly and helpful.
And sorted me out with my staff discount.
It's like we're one big family.

Came in late on a Friday due to a puncture and must say the service was first class. Luckily they had the size of tire in stock but did on to get it fitted (which they didn?t have too).
