The owner of the company, Tom himself, came and fitted the carpets. He did an excellent job, shuffling heavy furniture around. He was pleasant and polite, anxious that we didn't lift anything too heavy. The lift wasn't working that morning but he managed to get the carpet up a spiral staircase.
