its always dirty and greasy here of my 10 years going here, always get food poisoning too for some reason. idk why i keep coming back, but i do. maybe its because 7 years ago, my mum came here and sobbed and an employee was lovely to her and showed empathy towards her. maybe i tolerate the food poisoning for KFC's exceptional service as repayment. ill forever be loyal to this location, thank you for your service.

Person on the till had broken English and could not understand. Franchisee hiring cheap labour. I had to go to the drive thru instead. Ridiculous. I was also scammed. I paid for a £5.99 wrap at the drive thru and when I got home they had given me the £2.49 wrap. They stole £3.50 off me. I won?t go back there.

Used the drive thru, quick but hard to hear the operator, subsequently got the order wrong, but didn't notice till we got home. Too late to go back, so complained to KFC, they did refund the missing items. After a few emails.
I suggest don't eat in the car park as there are rats running around, probably due to customers throwing waste food in the bushes.

Amazing food.
cleanliness of the restaurant was good they've refurbished the restaurant, shame they are still waiting for their kiosks.
staff was very friendly and helped me taking my order at the counter.
no missing items on my order and they gave me my food in less then 3 minutes really good job guys please keep it up the good work in this restaurant.

The lady serving me at the till was very grumpy and used a horrible tone at me, I felt very belittled, and the woman handing over my food could not pronounce numbers properly, leading both of these people to seem irritated by me, this establishment has gone severely downhill recently, not even a menu in the place never mind the lack of order screens, the only positive thing I have to say, is about the wait time, I shall not be going here again

Went in after fishing, went to the wash room and saw one delivery driver did not bother to wash his hands after doing a pee. Disgusting.
