So this review would have been 1 star if it wasn?t for the great staff and customer service of Alexa dealing with a complaint we had, really turned our experience round just from how she dealt with our concerns would recommend and come here again just for her management credit to your pub

Absolutely wonderful staff, Katy the bartender was exceptionally warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very understandingand helpful with our allergies. Would definitely recommend as the food was lovely

Shockingly uninterested attitude from Katelyn behind the bar! The worst I've come across along the quay! Not at all welcoming certainly not somewhere I'd look to spend my money.

We have just had a meal at the Jolly sailor in Poole . The food was delicious, well presented and hot. Unfortunately when we arrived, we had to ask some staff to clear some tables outside so we could sit down. Others were moving glasses and plates to other tables where seagulls were coming in to eat leftover food. I have no keen to 10 empty tables with glasses and things on them, which is a shameas this is a lovely area for people to sit. Again, I would like to say food was exceptional.

Didn?t eat food . Main thing was lady at the bar was very rude. I was polite and she was quite rude . Why work in the hospitality and catering field when you can?t simply serve some appletiser. Atmosphere okay .

Great place to have a good meal at affordable prices, staff are always friendly and helpful, I would recommend a visit if in the area!
