So this review would have been 1 star if it wasn’t for the great staff and customer service of Alexa dealing with a complaint we had, really turned our experience round just from how she dealt with our concerns would recommend and come here again just for her management credit to your pub

Hermoine is an amazing bar person so nice and great at her job
Come and visit The Jolly Sailor in Poole with our beer garden that has stunning views, as we're right on the waterside, it is the perfect place to enjoy a pint or two on a sunny day. The Jolly Sailor is also family friendly, with a great selection of food on offer for the little ones. And if you're a sports fan, you'll be pleased to know that we have both Sky Sports and TNT Sport available in the pub. We can't wait to welcome you.
