Hired a Nail gun from Jewson Poole and found the overall experience to be a good one. Great Customer Service with informative staff, they provide all safety information regarding the tool and the overall process of the hire, the product was good and the return was simple. I will return no doubt in the future and would encourage others to use their tool hire services.

3000 bricks ordered lbc cotswold, I got delivered old stock that was ,beat to living death @£1.10 a brick ..I refused delivery went to the branch to sort out new bricks ,and basically got told that is the standard of bricks jewsons sends out and there is nothing wrong with them ..the brick expert is flippant and rude and thinks its acceptable to send out F grade bricks @ over £1 a brick ,then told me he won't ferry new bricks to me as they will be the same and I won't be happy as the bricks are fine .... we counted 21 usable bricks out of a whole band ....come on jewsons sort your standards out this is unacceptable, I have had to send our bricklayers and labourers home paid ....and the site is now at a stand still .. @jewsons

Awful customer service. The UPVC Door I ordered took 12 weeks when it said 4 to 8 weeks.I wasn't kept in the loop atall about the delay, only when I decided to chase them I got answers otherwise I suspect I still wouldn't be told what was happening. The staff gave me the impression they didn't really care. Won't be using these guys again!
