I am a regular here but today when I waited for a car wash and mini valet they only opened up 2 doors and jet washed them they opened the boot but didnt do that one and too my surprise you don't get a car wash included in the price of 25 quid which I thought was a bit bad. Now let's see how they do on the actual valet !!

Quick automatic car wash. Can be a bit hit or miss with the pre wash, although the Ringwood RD wash usually has the best service. Still the same haven't been back to the Cabot la wash not at all good I'm sure they turn the soap and wax down never got a good wash there.

Nice and quick. Great service at a reasonable price. Recommend you pre-pay as it does bring down the price.

Great service from really friendly staff. Asked for them to take a bit of extra cafre over my wheels as just had brakes done and the alloys were filthy. They did a great job! Highly recommended !

Second time using the wash about 30 minutes ago, first was all good. However this time, where the attendant brushed the rear of the car (only area he brushed) before entering the car wash, there are now scratches over the rear boot panel and rear light clusters all the way across the rear of car, scratches that you can feel with your finger nail. Either the brush was not cleaned properly prior to use or is not fit for purpose.
It's a new car, with 5000 miles on, unfortunately I'll have to sort this out now, but won't be using IMO in the future. If you have a new car, especially with any piano black trim, I'd stay clear.

The online app is so easy to use. I purchase wash coupons in advance so there is no hassle when you visit.I use the 2nd or the 3rd option which is more than enough for a dirty car to become nice and shiny. This place has one of the most competitive prices in the town.
