I phoned to book out a hoover but had to cancel at last minute as had one loaned by a friend at the 12th hour.But wanted to leave a review anyway as the service I received was brilliant! Sarah dealt with my call and was just what the doctor ordered, what a legend! What a great telephone manner! That woman deserves a pay rise!Also spoke to Lauren, who was really helpful. And the chap I spoke to was great too. If I ever need to hire anything again, I'll definitely be coming back here!Thanks folks!

Had some issues with the wrong size machine and local branch wouldn't refund me. I kicked off and complained.... The regional manager called me and sorted out the refund so credit where it's due I updated my review. Thanks for restoring some faith in HSS Mr regional manager!
