I can?t praise Horizon enough for the excellent care they provided for my mother in the last 2 years of her life. All the carers were very kind and competent. It made a huge difference to her quality of life and wellbeing. It was very reassuring for her family to know that she was being so well cared for.

This ?care? company was assigned to my grandfather. Carers are very rough and have little to no emotion towards my grandfather. I call the office multiple times a week to raise the issues with management and nothing is ever resolved. We?ve had carers shouting at my grandfather not realising I was in the house, as well as pulling him by his arms to move him which ISN?T acceptable or allowed. Carers have dropped my grandfather and then screamed at him for not being able to keep his own balance. There has been multiple times I have had to step in and correct carers in things they aren?t supposed to be doing. For example, pulling my grandfather around, Not supporting him in standing or moving, or just walking in and trying to leaveWithin 5 minutes. Time slots aren?t kept to and when carers arrive they leave within 15 minutes. Very few carers speak or understand English and due to this language barrier I?ve experienced carers doing very minimal on a visit due to not being able to understand their job role.How this company hasn?t been closed down is beyond me. Would honestly stay as far away as possible.

Do not trust your love one's with this care team as they have lift my dad in the same pad for 3 and half days , when I have asked for 2 up care for last 8wks and now he's being admitted emergency care as it is a neglect case , when I had care home assessment team come out to see my dad, they said it was the worse neglect they have ever seen in all there yes of care

Terrible care provider. They were assigned to us, their staff didn?t all know what they were doing were rough with mum and spoke over her to each other in a different language. Rarely arrived in the designated time slot and whipped in and out so quickly god know why they were getting paid by the hour as an hour never happened. They also left the cot sides of mums bed down she fell out and ended up in Poole hospital. Avoid.

Really not happy... Mum has been 'forgotten' on more than one occasion... Have had carers lie to me, not give mum personal care.... Fortunately, she is with me, otherwise, there are times she would not have had any care, food or cup of tea until the noon shift....no - one from Horizon even bothers to contact you and apologise....the times for carers is changed at a whim and no-one tells you...update...after a visit from CQC Horizon are serving notice on us,so Social Services can find another provider who WILL meet needs.Apparently,we are not the only ones since CQC visit!

Poor quality care company, staff are rarely on time, They overwork the staff and sometimes double book the client slots. Some staff are ignorant and negligent too. Avoid like someone with corona.oh and none of the staff were screened for covid and were told to only worry about it if they show symptoms.

I can't thank this" Horizone Home Care"enough.We had a couple of different staff,I didn't meet all,but the staff I did meet Sebastian and Adrian were brill.They run a tight schedule of getting to and from different clients,but they had a sence of calmness about them.

I work for this company since February 2019 and I can say that it is a good company to work for, professional and thrustworthy. They provide prompt and very good services for the people that need help.
