waited 10 minutes to get served as there was no one in the shop The product that I wanted was not in stock so ask the lady behind the till to see if they?ve got any stock in any other branches she said there was stock in Winton, which was the closest so drove all the way over there and they?ve got none in stock then I had to drive to another shop to get the product that I need
very poor especially when she told me that the other shop had it in stock and check the computer and when I got to the other shop, they said it blatantly says on the system they had no stock very poor customer service

Unhelpful staff member refusing to honour genuine reductions at the till. I didn?t buy the stuff as I don?t give into games. I will go to a different branch in future.

I highly recommend this store to everyone, as they have a great choice of useful and essential vitamins, supplements, and multiple other health products, including skin care with great offers. Staff are truly amazing in general. They are friendly, approachable, caring, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about all products. I have been a regular customer in this store for a few years now. I enjoy coming here because staff are always making me feel welcomed, valued, respected, and appreciated, and are looking after me well. I would like to say my special thank you to all staff, but especially to Claire and Carl, as they are looking after me very well, and I developed a very positive relationship with them over the time, as I have become regular customer here thanks to their very positive and caring approach towards me. This is my favourite branch in Dorset.

I highly recommend this store, as they have a huge variety of products available. Amazing choice of healthy stuff and great offers. Staff here are truly amazing. They are extremely helpful, caring, kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I am a regular customer in this store, as I love coming here, as they are always making me to feel welcome, and are looking after me extremely well, and I always find here what I am looking for. And they are like this towards all their customers. Manager Rickie is the loveliest person you can get in Holland and Barrett stores. He is extremely approachable, kind, smiley, friendly and attentive towards all customers. Always extremely helpful. Wes, Cerys, Melissa, Carl, Brigitta, Jen, are also very approachable, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They provide exceptional, attractive and caring customer service. Therefore, if you will come to this store, you will be always well looked after, and will not only find what you are looking for, but will leave very happy too with all these lovely staff supporting you.

This store is one of the best ones around, As a regular customer l would like to say that all the staff are amazing, from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave they are so helpful and can?t do enough for you.Greeted with smiles it?s truly a wonderful shop to come in to, nothing is to much trouble even when this store is really busy they will still go out of there way to help.The staff deserve so much praise for all they do, truly and honestly amazing staff.Fantastic customer service, wishing you all a very merry Christmas thank you Holland and Barrett ?

I go in here to get the pick and mix dried fruit and nuts. They have a variety of products, some of which are cheaper in a supermarket. I recommend the hemp oil. It's very good for the body.

Big range of items - mostly with some degree of 'healthiness' implied even if not warranted.
Strange pricing model - they frequently offer 'Buy one, get another for 1p' - effectively a half-price sale.
