I placed my first order here a few days ago, I ordered a back flow cone holder and some cones to go with it. I am extremely impressed. Everything came as ordered and very carefully packaged with fully recyclable packaging. The products are top quality and I found them to be at a much lower price than what I found on other websites. My parcel arrived within days of ordering and came with a gorgeous little freebie. I am so impressed and will definitely be shopping here again.

I had to give you a 5 love this store I really miss the one in bournemouth so I went online and ordered my favourite Stamford insense sticks they smell amazing.My order came quickly and I got 2 small little gifts in the box as a thank you.It's always the personal little touches that make my heart smile it shows value for your customers.Thank you for a easy process quick delivery and a smile you guys are amazing.

Really lovely staff, lots of different interesting things to look at. Staff are really helpful when it comes to having information about things, especially when it comes to the crystals. Very tolerant and accommodating listening to lots of peoples worries.

Can?t fault in store, friendly staff all the time. I go in maybe once a week and every time you go in it?s always a lovely atmosphere and the staff are to thank for that. I?ve bought crystals,Incense,essential oils, fragrance oils, coconut bowls, statues and figures from here and they?ve all been beautiful. They?ve got some new stock in recently and I bought a lovely clear quartz from them which they recently got in and you can tell it?s real good quality quartz when it? doesn?t distort text when you put the quartz over text. Some recent Crystal carvings like hearts and eggs in store, hopefully they can get amethyst clusters in store soon and some selenite bowls. Only downside with ordering online is it is hard to tell what Crystal is what as they?re not seperate, maybe a Crystal with a card in a paper bag would be a good idea but until then I will stick with going in the store. I had an issue with a carnelian bracelet being fake and dyed and they?ve since taken this item completely off the shelves but never got back to my email about it. I?ve not found any of my crystals to be fake and do regular scratch tests to ensure they?re not fake. If I were to find any I?m sure the shop would be happy to take them off the shelves
