Ordered a fanatic 10,6ft Composite fly board and had a small minor nightmare but all the while H20 kept me well informed and up to date.Board was damaged on route from supplier to H20 but new one sourced and arranged quickly and the guys were good enough to throw in a bag and some rail tape for the trouble. You don't tend to get that kind of personal level with customer services anymore.This was my second board from H20, and while Fanatic seem to be slow in getting these boards out of the factory, H20 went above and beyond yet again ?? Bravo

Highly recommend. Been really helpful, despite issues out of their control with a purchase, they made sure I was accommodated and were quick to get back to any questions. Returning after being a regular customer over 10 years ago, it?s great to see that there are still good businesses I can trust.

Great customer experience. Fast reply and even faster postage on item needed...foot straps for kite surf board. They included free bolts for foil plate. Excellent work.

We went to the Wingfoiling test day today. There were are large number of suppliers lined up along the beach and you could trial and compare gear. A fantastic event which I would strongly recommend others to attend.

Amazing post sale service from the team at H2O. They couldn?t have done enough for me in order to replace my board after they spotted a fault with it. Would definitely recommend them for any water sports related kit.

The whole team are very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. As a very novice windsurfer a went to h20 today to purchase some new harness lines, not only did Roger advise we what lines he would recommend but he also gave me so much advice and tips and all that on a £20 purchase! Great customer service ?

Local and online shopping. Great helpful guys with good prices and great service. Used them lots. Had a small issue recently for the first time and they were fantastic resolving it.Good shop with plenty of knowledge staff
