Would like to say a very big thankyou to two of lovely ladies whom work in Poole h samuel whom both went out of their way to help when I tried to use an one 4 all voucher and found one 4 all had unknown to me been taking money off of value of voucher for so called storage I must add this voucher is nothing to do with h samuel but you can use to purchase goods when using this in their store both lovely ladies Thankyou both Mehrun and Lauren lovely service I'm sure you do the store proud ? and many thanks to you both definitely a lesson learnt today x

My wife had the top of her ear pierced which was quick, clean and a great price. And well waiting I ordered a watch which I collected today. The service was GREAT!! Really nice, understanding people!!Will definitely use them again and 100% recommend

I went in looking for a specific garmin(£880) they don't supply it, but the manager Simon spent time with me showing me the different sizes and colours even though he knew that he wouldn't get a sale . Will definatly use them for future batteries,maintenance .thankyou Simon.
