Its a busy place but, the staff are helpful and they are good enough to ask you questions about the drinks or food. Theres loads of milk in the jugs and the atmos was okay.Wheelchair accessibility: The main doors will be okay for people in a wheelchair but, I couldn't tell you where their customer toilets are.

Just wanted a coffee, unfortunately was ignored by 2 members of staff, could've said to me 'be with you in a moment.' And the coffee tasted quite weak snd watery.

The venue is spacious with two stories. First floor is nicely decorated with plenty of tables but the floor and tables are filthy. I think a cleaner should put more effort in keeping the tables and floor cleaned.
