Popped into the Go Outdoors store in Poole looking for help with a blister issue I?ve been having from a pair of boots I bought a few months ago (not even from them ? they were from Cotswold). Despite it being close to closing time, Finn went above and beyond. He took the time to walk me through a range of products and possible solutions, offering knowledgeable advice. He clearly knows the products inside out and was so patient. Absolutely brilliant customer service ? I left feeling much more confident about fixing the problem. So grateful. Thank you, Finn!

Very poor experience. I bought the Campingaz Camping Cook 3600 CV from this store, drawn in by an offer of 3 free gas canisters with purchase. The box and display showed the canisters, but at the till, the offer didn?t apply ? staff said it was only valid for larger canisters, which were out of stock. They refused to honour the deal on the smaller ones. Then, staff incorrectly told us the gas canister we chose wasn?t compatible, so we swapped it ? only to find out on our trip that it was the wrong fitting entirely. The stove didn?t work and we couldn?t cook. Completely let down.

Poor experience at this store. No staff on bike section, when your walking across the shop floor phones are ringing in store and left unanswered. Picked up three clearance items from bike section and bought none as they were all different prices when I got to the till. Don?t waste your time.

Poole branch customer service is diabolical,went in too purchase equipment for upcoming family holiday and I was greeted by the rudest member of staff,ignored my ?good morning?and then proceeded to argue with me when I confronted his arrogant attitude,I wonder why people choose online instead of keeping local shops going,this is the reason

We have been to the Poole store 3x this month and have only encountered the best friendly most helpful staff at your tills .Nothing was to much for them. Super efficient friendly service..what a great company!

Recently had the most wonderful experience with Xavier from the cycle department who went above and beyond with a repair on my Jamis Dakar. I can't recommend highly enough and I'll definitely be back.
Also GO Outdoors offers terrific value for money with the £5 membership

Poor customer service. Mike, Poole store manager is useless with regard to exchanging faulty goods. Keep you in front of a crowd when trying to explain. Then due to no receipt, cannot find on their system, despite credit card statement proving purchase. Avoid Theedge products too

Only wanted a pair of gloves !. Took about 20 minutes or more to get through checkouts. At 1st only 1 till open then opened 3 more but because of issues with the tills and stock queries took absolutely ages. Not they're fault to a degree but need to sort out procedures.
