I called them to pass on a message to one of their clients as this is the registered address with companies house and LandInsite property searches. I was interested in leasing their clients commercial property and asked them to pass on my phone number. I was told that the accountant dealing with that client did like passing on messages and it would be up to him if he did it or not. I assumed that the accountant would have his clients best interest at heart but apparently not. Still no contact and I've noticed today that the annual rent has dropped by £2,500 so he's now out of pocket as well.

Terrible service. We approached them to provide a company valuation as one of two different businesses. They didn't provide a site visit, did not work within a timeframe, and refused to go through basic due diligence, when highlighted they simply refused to acknowledge and subsequently called into question the integrity of our Managing Director, avoid at all costs.

I do not recommend Francis Clark. When given a 2 month deadline to complete my accounts, they waited until the final evening of the deadline to do the job. This caused me a lot of grief and, as a result, I moved to a new accountant. The new accountant requested information from Francis Clark in order to move forward. Once again, it has been almost a month and we still have not heard back from them. Poor service.

I Would highly recommend Francis Clark - Poole Office. The tax Accountant who looked after me was Fiona, she was prompt with her report and answers, easy to contact by phone - great service! Thank you, much appreciated Jayne and Andrew
