Recently took a watch not working into shop. Thought it was battery which was replaced but still didnt work. Thankfully Angie very helpfully offered to investigate the fault further and successed in her mission. Very helpful lady. Would recommend this jewellers for watch repairs who go the extra mile in their role.

Our first visit to this jewellers was a very pleasant experience, even welcomed our little dog, and gave her treats, it was my birthday, and the staff were so lovely, all very friendly, and helpful, air conditioning very welcome, also seating which was so handy as my mobility is limited at the moment, we returned the following week to make another purchase, highly recommend.
Ps.. they even replaced a battery in my watch when several jewellers said they couldn't..

Excellent service from start to finish with Forum!
My partner and I have been searching for engagement rings for a while, as we both wanted something bespoke. After contacting Forum, we were very much welcomed in and spent a good time with the team discussing ring options.
The staff were all wonderful, very kind and considerate, and took their time with us (when we really had no idea what we wanted initially). At no point we were rushed or felt pressured for sales - we set an initial budget which the staff were very supportive of, offering various options (e.g., metals etc.) and taking time to explain the different styles/cuts of rings. As I wanted to recreate my dad's wedding ring (as he recently passed away), Forum were excellent in supporting this, going so far as to measure the distance of the two bands set within my dad's ring so that my own ring was accurately replicated.
The rings are beyond exceptional and were available within 3-4 weeks of being ordered. The wonderful staff member who gave us the rings took their time to ensure we were satisfied, to check for the correct fit, and gave us the rings with a wonderful gift package. Overall, I am beyond blown away by the service of Forum, as it is beyond any customer service I have ever experienced previously. I cannot thank them enough for their time, their kindness, and their support.
I absolutely would recommend Forum to anyone, especially anyone looking for bespoke rings, as they are excellent! The choice and variations available are astounding, and the staff are amazing! Could not recommend Forum more highly!

My fiance and I were so happy with our experience at Forum. From start to finish, Allison helped us to find our perfect wedding rings. We wanted to melt some sentimental gold but were having problems finding a service that could offer a new ring style with our sentimental gold. Allison made lots of suggestions, which enabled us to make an informed decision. We didn't have to compromise on such a special piece of jewellery. We are thrilled. Thank you x

I had several old items of my late mother in law?s jewellery that I had but was unable to wear. Forum transformed it into a lovely dress ring that I am vet pleased with . Angie helped me with the design so I could use the gold and stones from the old pieces. Thank you very much

This jewelers is a complete joke,
I have had 2 gold bracelets plus 2 gold chains fitted with gold hoops so pendants can run free on the chains,
Plus the same with 2 bracelets,
The hoops don't run freely catching on the chains it's the same with the brackets,
I'm not happy with this jewelers shop,
To me doing cheap jobs on fittings both chains and both brackets,
Bodge and dodge jobs,
Not good for a jewelers shop especially on repairs ,
DO NOT USE THIS SHOP ITS NOT RECOMMENDED,
I HAVE ALREADY COMPLAINED TWICE OF THER SHABBY WORK,
IM GOING TO TRADING STANDARDS,
AS GOLD IS VARY EXSPENSIVE AND THIS SHOP AS COST ME MORE BY CODGING UP WORK BUT CHARGING TOP PRICES.
DO NOT USE OR BUY ANYTHING FROM FORAM JEWELERS BROADSTONE POOLE
I will take my gold to trading standards first,
I will not have you doing any more work on my jewellery,
I've just bout a 2 Oz gold bracelet that's ABIT to big and needs adjusting,
You will not do any work on my gold again,
But firstly let's see what trading stands have to say about your shabby work,
I will not let a JEWLERS who don't know what there doing do any repairs or resizing,
This is not the first time I have had problems with furum JEWLERS,
But I know it will be the last,
After trading standards have seen this monstrous work,
It's going to cost me extra to put right because you don't know what your doing,
I will be back in touch with trading standards,
Plus I will not let you put it right when you couldn't do it properly in the first place,
Let trading standers fine you,
Youv made a mess of my gold and you need to payfor it.
I will get this repaired by a proper JEWLERS,
And you will pay another jewler to do it,
Plus I want you fined as well for bad work and damages to my jewellery,

I have used Forum Jewellers for years and have always had excellent service. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I recently had a ring converted into a necklace and I am delighted with the result. Before visiting the shop I had no idea it was possible to do such a thing but they took time to advise me and the whole experience from start to finish was lovely. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I recently bought an 80th birthday gift from Forum jewellers. Wendy was amazing. Wendy picked out some beautiful Garnet pieces, the January birthstone, and really helped me narrow down to a beautiful set of earrings. She was friendly, knowledgeable and I can?t thank her enough. I recently took five wedding rings into forum jewellers not knowing quite what to do with them. As 2 belonged to my husband I did not want to sell them.
On the suggestion of the lovely staff they were melted down to form a stunning waterfall pendant which means I can keep my husband close.
Absolutly thrilled, cannot thank the staff enough.
