Had an expensive scam involving g a man with a Rumanin name and Fed Ex. Aaron, the man I spoke to at Poole FedEx was absolutely brilliant and explained rhe situation. He was so patient, I am 78 and quite deaf, and told me what to do. A credit to FedEx and I hope his manager thanks him. Thank you Aaron.

Not everyone can get to Poole or Exeter We don't have buses around here. I am disabled and deaf. Both times they came to the door they had gone by the time I got there. Absolutely useless. I am so angry abd disappointed.

Unable to drop off a Package which has been paid for and showing a postage receipt for 2 days running due to an excess of packages which hadn't been collected, no room for mine !!

Tried to phone with the number on Google here, it?s some poor blokes personal phone, apologised?he said FedEx weren?t even interested in changing the mistake. Found the number elsewhere, it?s automated which is no good when you just want your package. Supplier requested my number for the delivery initially, might as well not bothered as they tried to deliver at least twice and didn?t bother to contact me to see if I was in. Hopefully this is my first and last dealing with this awful service

I had to collect a parcel from their depot which was an 80 mile round trip because they said my address didnt exist . No-one else has had this problem and I really cannot recommend this company at all . They then claimed they had delivered it when they had not . A total shower of a company . DO NOT USE

They actively go out of their way to make things difficult. A very frustrating company to deal with, when I say company I mean AI robot as thats who you get to chat with.

The worst couriers I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. Nothing arrives from them, EVER!! The depot claims not to be FedEx anymore on the answering machine and you can't call FedEx directly and speak to anyone apart from a robot. UTTER BLOODY RUBBISH

Driver signed for the parcel himself in our name badly misspelled, said he had delivered parcel to us, he hasn't. Won't use this company ever again

Courier arrived with my parcel last Friday (30/06/23) I heard them knocking and calling out but I was unable to answer the door in time. When I did get to the door the courier had gone but there was no sign of the parcel. It transpired the courier had left the parcel at a neighbour who was out on a long weekend away! I didn`t get my parcel until they came back home!

Third day in a row failing to deliver my parcel, whilst I was at home! No text, email or slip through the door to notify, had to call fedex to find out out each time. No resolution when contacting them. Fingers crossed I may actually see this parcel! Will definitely look for alternatives when ordering online again if they happen to be the couriers!

They put Duty & Tax on everything by weight where parcels under 135 should be tax and duty free i had to pay 25 punds for parcel worth 30 ... It was gift for my son for christmas from grandparents and this company scam people on that, it take over 40 mins on phone with robot to get agent on phone and agent isn't any smarter then robot. It try to tell me every parcel from eu needs tax and dutys to pay so they don't even know the law and they job ... totaly not recomending this company !!!

I have been a customer of Fedex for at least 20 years and the service goes from bad to worse. I am 80 years old, I have a fractured hip at present so in a lot of pain. I started last Thursday to complete your shipping form and only with the help of friends did I manage to have everything ready for when the Fedex gentleman collected it today - 14th February. No allowance is made for people like myself who can't work on computers, I need to speak to someone. Over the years I would call, speak to an agent, form completed and then collected - no problems. I can't be the only customer who is not 'techi' but I have been and still shaking and exhausted from this experience. I will be sending exactly the same documentation via Fedex to the Bahamas again in August and the thought of going through this again is too much to think about. Is there any way that in March and August there is an easier way to send this very important documentation? I understand that life is changing and everyone has Smart phones, Tablets etc. etc. but at 80 it is very difficult to keep up with the changing world. I have a mobile - I can't use it! Is there any way I can talk with someone in August to complete my Shipping Label? I don't want to move to another company but I cannot go through this again. I am sorry to trouble you but it is not easy being old in an ever changing world. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.Yours sincerelyElizabeth Knowles (Mrs)

I can?t give a zero star but I actually would, My parcel has been at this depot less than 3 miles away from me nearly 3 days now, someone could walk it to mine in an hour, absolute joke! Would never use your company again
