Such a terrible gym if you?re actually interested in getting big in terms of muscle mass, they only have 3 benches and it?s always painful to get one during peak hours but have about 20 cardio machines which are barely ever used, you always have to make popular machines yourself ie; preacher curl machines because their gym facilities are so bad, and the machines they do have are terrible as they?re technogym and take forever to be fixed, I would highly recommend you?d never go

Just popped in to drop off my daughter who was playing hockey but have to admit that I was impressed by the facilities they have a gym sauna 3 swimming pool. One for swimming one for learning and the last one for diving, make me wish that I lived there

Nice, clean gym which is never fully packed so you can keep your distance, with plenty of cleaning equipment around as well. Great group exercise classes, my favourite being Body Combat with Sarah. Feels great to be back!

The entire center is unclean and there is no cleaning staff. Issue raised with management multiple times, though management don't improve standards. The sports hall and equipment is filthy

I have used this Sports Centre for Badminton and the Gym for many years now and have always been impressed at the quality of service. The price is very reasonable for the amount of services available and the new gym is very impressive.
