How can a company get it so wrong Euro Car Parts had a brilliant system. Probably the best at what they do, that was before the takeover. The staff at Poole are still brilliant but now when you ring the company you get anywhere in the country. It must be murder working for the company, I feel sorry for them you now have to visit the depot. This is typical, someone buys a company and has to change things to justify their existence.

The Wetherspoons of motor factors.
Great products, great prices, however there is usually only one customer facing staff member who wastes so much time walking backwards and forwards to the warehouse.
Inefficient process with long queues and wait times.

Quick easy and good value. The only thing is sometimes there can be quite a wait even if you've done click and collect

Terrible customer service. I arrived 20 mins before closing time to collect an online order. Not only did the guy behind the counter visibly roll his eyes when I walked in himself and his colleagues were both uninterested in being helpful - it was very clear all they wanted to do was go home. When people were entering after me they kept rolling their eyes at each other and were visibly getting wound up, he even muttered "FFS" under his breath when another walked in with still 5 minutes to go.
Rude. Unhelpful. Unfriendly. Impatient. Clearly don't want to be there.
