i recently went into Ernest Jones located in Poole and i bought a watch from Aleeshya and Sarah. They were so nice and respectful towards me and helped me make my mind on what watch i wanted. They are really the best examples of what customer service should be like in any store.Well Done Aleeshya and Sarah

Arrive EJ to buy a watch.. On the Ticket it was £275.. I was ready to purchase, but asked for a discount.The lady went to the man about a discount, returned to me and said yes £5off which I replied is that it.. She replied "quote" its £295...l then showed the ticket which said £275 and that it should be honoured the man came over doing his sales waffle and the fact the ticket was £275 it should of been honoured as that was the display showed. He refused the ticket price and tried to charge me more, I told him I was not interested. I went back to have a look and they had changed the price to 295 from 275! In the window... What's going on here then??? Ernest Jones in Poole. I will take it further as I wasn't happy with the customer service I received from the gentlemen. The two ladies were brilliant and we're helpful shame about the other guy.Misleading.. So be careful.

Do not recommend this place, very unhelpful. Ordered my wedding band at the end of last year, i got married in February, I unfortunately haven't been able to wear the ring because even after half an hour of wear I get really sore blisters around my finger. So I went back into store to ask for advice to be greeted by a very rude/uninterested man, who told me they can't do anything, he didn't believe I was allergic to the ring because its platinum and that's not possible according to him, he told me to go the gp or coat my ring in nail polish. I didn't go in for any money back or anything like that I just was hoping I could have the ring dipped or something to stop the reaction, being as its a brand new ring which I am willing to pay for. instead I left feeling embarrassed, belittled none the wiser on what to do.Save your money and invest somewhere else, where the service is better.

Today we had to go into the poole branch and we had to ask for Barry who help find a pin for my Tagheuer watch which he found one. I asked how much I owe he said with a lovely smile ? there will be no charge, just enjoy wearing. There are still very kind people about. Barry you made my day.Thank you Lynette Trott.

Graham got the watch I wanted into store for me to view, and when I purchased sorted out the registration for the warrenty and adjusted the strap. Great Team that always delivers what I want and at the right price. As long as an EJ store is an AD for a Brand you can get it here.

Walked in today with my wife and 2 children . Wife waited at the desk to ask a question then was ignored while other customers who came in later were seen to. I won?t be buying anything from Ernest jones again as a result

My wife got her rings stuck on her finger. We planned on going to Poole Hospital but thought we would give this branch a try. Richard was extremely helpful and managed to get the rings off. He gave some great advice on how to manage this problem. Fantastic experience from Richard today.

I brought my wedding band from them back in 2012 so figured I would go back to them for a clean due to never going a day with out wearing it had started to take its toll.... 28th may I was advised that it would only be a week and I would soon have it back on my ring finger..... a week went by and was told I was missed quoted and that the system had stated 18th June. I went back on the 18th June a week later after not receiving a txt to say it was back, to only be told they weren't sure why it wasn't back yet and they would chase it up and be in contact with me.A week later and with no contact I resorted to calling the Poole branch to chase, 3 calls later and no answer I decided to message them on Facebook, I was advised that they could see someone had tried to chase it but had no response, they would also chase this for me. After further 2 days with no response I messaged again and was told it was dispatched back to the branch on 22nd and that it should be back with them by the end of the week.ANOTHER WEEK GOES BY WITH NO CONTACT! I message them once more but got ignored, after several more messages being ignored I decided to call the Poole branch once more and it was engaged! I managed to get through a moment later and asked to speak directly with the store manager.I was told that they could see that it was under investigation and that a dispatch date was on there for the 22nd of June and that he would have to look in to this for me... He also mentioned a different delivery had been lost but assured me my ring was not on that delivery, the manager stated he would call me back.... again.... I asked for it to be by the end of the day as I shouldn't have to keep chasing them.2 hours later I get a call back from the manager who told me they had LOST MY WEDDING RING!!! That they believe that the dispatch date was falsified!!! and that either someone had stolen it or it had been lost in the ware house!!! I WOULD NOW HAVE TOWAIT A FURTHER 2 WEEKS WHILE THIS WAS BEING INVESTIGATED!!I was told that I will be given current market value for my ring.... as they are ensured.... but nothing will replace the value behind that ring!! nor can anything repair the distress they have caused me.

I order my first FREDERIQUE Constant watch. So far no happy with the level of service I'm getting. As the shop doesn't know what they are doing. At the moment, not confident that it is a problem with my watch there can help me. The click and collect service it's not up to scratch in my opinion. I have try to call the customer service number but no one answered. The automatic answer machine tells me to email but cannot find the email on your website. I was going to buy more watches of them but am not so sure now?

Went in to buy a ringHad to buy one to be corrected into right size they took deposit but then phoned to say not in stock but say never took deposit but bank say they did got got told to go back to shop Poole for refund still waitingLooks to be a con to hold money to make sale's numbers for the week look betterDisgusting
