James is a very likeable salesman with the right degree of knowledge, understanding and efficiency, coupled with warmth and humour.
If you are looking for all bed related stuff, there is no point in trapesing round all of the furniture stores, just talk to James, his products are as good as they come, a huge range of products for all budgets, and he will get you to where you need to .

I had excellent customer service from James. I have bad anxiety and he made the process very easy for me and not at any point did i feel he was trying to 'give the sale' too me, but just wanting me to have a good nights sleep.
I have been sleeping terribly for far too long and have spent a lot of money else where on pillows to then not be able to return them when they gave me pain. I went to the shop anxious and I had made it clear my anxiety makes it hard for me too say no, he asked me what is best for me, gave me the best options he has in store and said to try them for as long as possible and when I rang my partner to discuss the pillow I liked. James walked to the other side of the shop bless his heart, so I could be honest about it too my partner. Needless to say. I have had the first good night's sleep in many years all down to their own brand of pillow which was a lot cheaper then others I've looked at. Im happy and rested finally!

We would highly recommend Dreams . They were so helpful in the shop . We were given lots of useful information about our delivery ( text , email and a phone call ) which was very useful. The delivery guys Chad and Ash were efficient ,helpful and very polite . We had looked at several other companies before ?and Dreams were the best .

We visited today to get a new mattress and Neal was absolutely brilliant. Even putting up with us and three rather tired children at the end of the day.
Great service, nice and to the point. It was really quick to whittle it down to a few mattresses and we can't wait to see the difference.
Our daughter ended up with a new bed as did we.
Price was great, a good deal, good finance and all really stress free.
Neal was great and really pleased. Never buying a mattress online again! Definitely worth it.

Excellent customer service. We got to use the Dreams bed Sleepmatch which helped us choose a mattress that was suitable for both of us. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Really great service.
Good welcome, signposted we could use their sleep match bed. Helped narrow down which type of mattress we would most likely find suitable.
Tested a few. The staff member was great, he was the right mix of sales information and attentiveness without being salesy or pushy.
We then decided to purchase and it was all very easy and clear.

On arrival we were greeted by Neal, who was pleasant and helpful. We were after a mattress, Neal offered us the chance to lie on a special bed that works out the best sort of mattress for our bodies.
We were shown 4 mattresses which we tried out and chose one, that was a Dreams make. Delivery will be in about 10 days, we were able to choose the date. We were offered a drink and Neal explained the care of the mattress and all aspects of delivery.
I have no hesitation in recommending this shop. I had previously been there with my sister, and had been impressed by the staff then. This is why we went to look there, before other shops.

My partner and I bought a bed from our local dreams store in Poole.
I felt compelled to write a review based on the fantastic customer service we received from Neal.
He was respectful of our time, was not pushy in the slightest and made sure we were comfortable and well informed providing us with tea and lots of patience (we were in the store for over three hours) and he went above and beyond by staying past closing time and his shift for us.
Couldn?t be happier with the bed and highly recommend finding Neal for when you want to shop here. 10/10
