I ordered a pizza from here for collection it had been about 15 minutes therefore I went in, waited another 10 minutes to then be told my pizza needs re making. I?ve then waited for the new one to be made and it?s not even hot. I must mention I didn?t even receive an apology for all of this. Won?t be using this domino?s again.

Best Domino?s branch that I?ve tried. Their generosity with the fresh, juicy (veggie) toppings such as pineapple and tomato keeps me coming back again and again. Way better than the other Poole branch, who are stingy with veggies.

Service is the worst! So bloody rude when you call them when they make a mistake! I used a voucher code that was given as part of a complaint and they still provide terrible service! I?m done with domino?s! Avoid the park stone branch at all costs!

Always amazing food and on time. If anything is left put they go and get it straight away. Never had a bad experience that wasn't put right straight away. Friendly drivers too ?

We live 1/2 mile away. 2 pizzas took an hour and were cold on arrival. Boxes were destroyed, toppings in a heap in the middle of pizza. Haven't used for a long time because of previous bad experience but they are normally pretty fast. Never again!

Me and my girlfriend ordered two pizzas, wedges, a desert, and a bottle of coke. The full order came by three separate delivery drivers. By the time the full order had arrived, i came to find out the wedges where under cooked, and the pizzas where too. When I phoned up the store , I was immediately told it was impossible for these things to happen, and that i was lying. After being disrespected on the line for a few minutes, it was disconnected. The man speaking was the so called 'Manager', but I assume this isn't true, as the location is advertising for a Manager to be hired online as of 2 days ago. A company who can't control there staff from abusing and lying customers should at least try to help compensate.

Really poor pizzas from this domino?s! Ordered half and half and got 1 slice of mushroom and 4 pieces of chicken, other side was slopping in sauce!
Complained received a £10 voucher towards my next order but when I went to order it had to be on the phone meaning you get no other deals!
So with my £10 voucher my order was £38 and on the app with no voucher was £22!!!! Ordered again and received a poor presented pizza again! I will never order from this domino?s again!
When you call to talk they are so rude also!

This was a terrible experience. I wanted to order a pizza for my sons 10th birthday so I called dominos pizza BRANKSOME to make a big order for 30 people. When I called I wanted to ask if they could hear me because the line was cutting and a rude young lady said I wish i didnt hear you , so I asked why she is very rude and she said in a sarcastic way " Sorry mum" . I would like you to know that you are losing costumers because of your rude staff and as a successful business woman I recommend you to check reference of your employees as I believe I wasnt the only one who had experience with her. This happened today Saturday 7.09 around 3pm so you have the track that who had a shift that day.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. extremely rude! if i could, in reality its negative 10 star.1 HOUR 35 MINUTES DELIVERY TIME AND MISSING HALF ORDER,COLD and when I called and complained the staff member on the phone got extremely aggressive and rude refused to provide me with his credentials!

Can't swap the dip over on my pizza. That's cool. I'll go back to Winton store next time. Unhelpful store. Absolute madness. Just like that you lost a customer for life. Great customer service. NOT.
