Delivery to a collection point closes at 11pm. At 5 pm said they cannot deliver to there agent and come back tomorrow. I'm only desperate for my car part.

Waited in al waited in all day for my parcel to be deliveredTo and.tracked my parcel online. I requested that I be sent a text when I was next for drop off, not received. No card posted as to why they couldn't deliver. They didn't ring my doorbell, just a cursory knock on the door,by the time I reached the door a white van was pulling away and parked at the top of my road, turned round to lock my door and the van pulled away. Hopeless trying to contact them by phone, waited 15 mins to be told I was 20th in queue, never moved once.,

Waiting for Wayfair delivery, didn't arrive Friday, didn't arrive Tuesday, no reasons no email to say why, still no delivery wednesday while I sit here taking unpaid time out of work, losing money hand over fist just to have a driver decide they can't be bothered to deliver and can't be bothered to communicate. The telephone service and website do not allow contact with a human being which is just the worst form of customer service. A thoroughly substandard, unprofessional experience from a company that clearly couldn't care less about their customers.

I am trying to arrange the collection of a return parcel to Amazon. Printed the documents and tried to contact DHL via both the web site and phone number provided therein. NEITHER WERE OBTAINABLE!!The only contact I was able to make via a number found online resulted in an autovoice asking for a number I don't have. All I have is a waybill number that did not work. Easier to deal wit MI5!!

They stated my delivery was to arrive Wednesday 15th then notified me it was delayed. Out for delivery Thursday 16th - returned to depot, out for delivery again Friday 17th - returned to depot, now saying won't arrive until Monday 20th December- the seller told me they are a 24hour courier service and told me with this courier delivery was guaranteed- tried phoning was left on hold for 40 minutes and the representative could offer no explanation, tried emailing them - never responded. Tried phoning again twice again no explanation could be given.

WORST LOGISTIC COMPANY EVER!!!!! They declared "No one at home" 3 times, and in all times I was at home waiting for the courier.I believe they might be using ghosts or ninjas to do the deliveries now, and if you need any help, forget abut the website, it is extremely messed, you can't find any useful information and when you find a phone number it leads you to another useless automatic answering machine.It is an absurd sequence of incompetence and uselessness that I have never seen before in a logistic company.I believe DHL might mean "Disastrous and Horrible Logistics".

Didn't even bother trying to deliver, waited 12 hours to be told by the automated system they were unable to delivery. No indication of why or an attempted delivery card. The customer care line is automated so you can't even talk to anyone.The forms on the site to arrange a collection had some kind of error so now I don't even know if it's ready for collection. So now I'll probably waste 1 hour driving to the depot only to be told I can't pick it up.

Same bad experience as everyone else... waited in after getting a text to say delivery was due, nothing ever arrived then got an email saying unable to deliver. I love in a property with a clearly labelled door entry system and no one rang the bell to deliver the item! Such poor service and now driving miles in lockdown to collect as it?s an expensive item that I needed quite urgently...

Many thanks to the driver delivering three quite large boxes to ourselves on Fri' 22nd Oct', after bringing them up to our front door before realising thatwe were not in, they then moved them to a safe place before leaving a cardwith the details as to where they were, great service, Geoff, Lone Pine Park, Ferndown

Unfortunately it was a very unhelpful experience. Unable to arrange my collection on line, so went to depot to which the gentleman I spoke to couldn't really be bothered to help at all! Ended up coming home with the parcel ......
