Great experience with Decathlon in Poole. Bolt had fallen out of my Inesis Decathlon golf trolley making it unusable. Brought it into store and Chris in the workshop did a great job - replacing the bolt and giving me a spare. Trolley back in working order in no time. Super friendly helpful staff. Great service. Even bigger fan of decathlon than I already was!

Chris the bike technician was the most attentive member of staff I?ve ever dealt with. The bike I wanted was out of stock, he said to leave it with him, and he managed to source one from another site. Called and left me voicemail to say he?d ordered. He was knowledgeable, friendly and went the extra mile to help. Talked me through the bike and gave advise on the extras I wanted. Also charged the bike before pick up. I feel confident to come back for servicing. Thank you Chris!

Pointless visit. Came in looking for calf compression sleeves?turns out they don?t stock them in-store, only online. What?s the point of a physical shop if you can?t get basic gear? They had compression socks, but they were double the online price. Felt like a waste of time and petrol. Staff were fine, but the stock and pricing strategy? Absolutely ridiculous. I ended up ordering some on Amazon, Decathlon come on your loosing customers, at least stock like for like that?s available online.

On arrival at the store I was agitated because the kayak I had bought, seemingly from Decathlon, failed on first use. It turned out that I had bought from Decathlon market place, with an inferior after sales process. Nevertheless, I was dealt with by Guillaume, who explained everything calmly and went on to do everything he could to progress my concerns with market place. Were it not for the excellent experience in store, I may have lost faith in Decathlon. Instead, even though the issue had not been fully resolved, I bought a more expensive kayak and accessories.

I brouught an Electric bicycle. Chester the shop was so patient helping me to understand all the features, pros and cons of many bicycles as well as the whole paying procedure that for some reason became a nightmare. He never lost his patience and help me until the transaction was finished. Very confident young man. I must say that everyone at the shop worked as a team at all times helping eachother. It was a great experience. Thanks again to Chester!
