Given a prescription in a plain white box without containing the patient information leaflet. Have suffered some horrendous side effects which I wasn?t sure whether they were related to the medication I was taking until I called 111. Will not be using this pharmacy again.

Arrived before ten minutes before closing time after rushing to get there but they were closed and locked the door whilst looking at me trying to enter. Now I can?t get my medication until Monday, not got good if the medication was urgent or for a child as my prescription was there electronically so I couldn?t take it elsewhere.

I came to the pharmacy at 5:15pm Friday, but it closed already (due to shortage of staff). Need to wait until next Monday. Is it possible to reflect the change in opening hour as this really influences people.

Excellent pharmacy. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. They seem to go out of their way to get to know their customers by name and nothing is ever too much trouble when asking for medication advice. I always have total confidence in this pharmacy!
