Went in today just simply to buy a freezer, went to find the one I wanted asked for some help after looking for someone to help... told i was in a que ... more time past... went to find someone again... told i hadnt been in a que and I now was... waited again... time past ... I left whilst ordering off AO. Thanks for a waste of time.

Wanted to buy some new Sony in ear headphones for the gym so went to my local store. These days you can't buy them in-store - assistant told me I had to go online and come back in 2 days to collect! Might as well not bother with bricks and mortar shops anymore.

So wanted to buy two items spoke to Anita .
Omg the most unhelpful human possible had no idea was just reading everything off the label that we already knew.
Did not have one smile just huffing and puffing and really not interested in making a sale. Please curry?s sort her out . In the end I walked out as it was painful.

Looks like it should work seamlessly, but it doesn't.
The meet & greeter asked our needs, we told him the exact item, he told us to stand by it and an associate would be along to help.
An associate did approach us, walked straight past us and started helping a family, who were just looking with no intention of purchase, Curry's loss, we walked.

Great staff and helpful. Bought Sony XB100 bluetooth speaker. Won't pair or connect to my phone - so useless. Not buying Sony again. Will return to Curry's to get full refund and try another brand.

The most inept group of humans i have ever come across. This is the third time now I?ve purchased something & had nothing but issues when going to collect it.
Ordered online to save time & have gone to collect the item that they have two of in stock only to be told i can?t have one of the ones they have there, i must wait for it to be delivered from online stock. Pointless process & now don?t feel confident that the aftercare I?m paying for will be any good.

Had plenty of bad experiences at Currys Poole and complained previously Was looking to buy a new PC so thought I'd give them another go!! I'm now annoyed that I wasted my time. Buying exciting things should be a pleasure, but they just don't seem to be bothered whether they sell anything at all. No service whatsoever, even when I asked for it from the 3 people standing around chatting at the door wearing 'here to help' tabbards. Happy to say I got my new PC....thanks John Lewis, great customer service as always and a better price for the same one I tried to buy from Currys.
