What a great service from the Poole branch team, I was having a nightmare with the right colour choice having got it wrong twice! These guys pulled out all the stops to help me choose the right colour even providing real samples of the actual colour in store. It can be tricky trying to get just the right colour combination especially on the lighter colours, thanks guys brilliant service got me out of a tight spot?would definitely recommend the guys a Poole Branch.

John and Elaine have always been welcoming, professional and helpful every occasion I've visited them in store or caller requesting a delivery of products to work addresses. Competitive prices on some of the best decorating products (not just Crown) the market has to offer and they recycle empty paint tins on site which saves a lot of waste hassle. Highly recommend

Visited this store again yesterday and as usual I was greeted with a cheery 'Hello' and a smile from Elaine. All the people here are so helpful it really is a pleasure to shop here, I can't recommend them highly enough they all have great knowledge of all the products and are always happy to advise but (and this is a great joy) never pressure you into buying.
